Terms of service

CorpReturn prepares and files corporate tax returns: federal Forms 1120 and 1120-S and the state corporate filings listed in your engagement. The scope of each engagement is the written proposal and engagement letter you accept, not this website.

Not representation: we do not represent taxpayers before the IRS or any state agency. Notices that require defending a position, audits, appeals and collection matters are outside scope and are referred to an allied attorney only with your written consent.

Not included: personal returns (Form 1040), partnership returns (Form 1065), legal advice, and bookkeeping beyond the quoted scope.

Your responsibilities: provide complete and accurate information, respond to information requests, review the draft and sign the e-file authorisation on the exact version presented. Filing is blocked until the signed authorisation is on file.

Fees and payment: fees are stated in the proposal and are payable as described there. Payment is confirmed by the payment provider, not by a browser redirect. Changes in scope require a new written acceptance.

Deadlines: statutory filing dates and extensions are applied as published by the relevant authority. We do not guarantee processing times by an agency, refunds or outcomes.

No automatic renewal: any recurring service (for example a compliance plan) must be contracted explicitly for a term and does not renew automatically.

Credentials: professional credentials are recorded with evidence and expiry. Nothing on this site claims a credential that has not been verified.

Governing terms and liability limits are set in the engagement letter, which prevails over this page.

This text describes how the service operates and must be reviewed with legal counsel before production. It does not replace the engagement letter.
